TOPIC: The next Jeff Clements fundraiser phone conference

Those of you who want to participate in the Jeff Clements Silent Auction fundraiser scheduled for October 12 at the Little Lake Grange in Willits, we are having a phone conference tonight.
Monday September 8th at 7pm.

Here is a proposed agenda:

1) We each take 3-5 minutes updating what we have already done so far
  1. a) Karen Sue - soliciting, forms printed, music
  2. b) Beth R. - hors d'oeuvres
  3. c) Kimbal Dodge - Grange Sponsor and soliciting
  4. d) Jim Tarbell - PSA's
  5. e) Steve Scalmanini - Dems BBQ
  6. f) Beth B. - soliciting
  7. g) Joy - distributing on the Coast
  8. h) Doug - distributing at Paul Bunyan Parade
  9. i) Peggy - soliciting
  10. j) Robin - poster, organizer, soliciting, inland distribution, FMP database, recruiting

  11. 2) What we still need to do:

  12. a) solicit, solicit, solicit
  13. b) Get a local famous name band with draw to play the opening act
  14. c) Get the Ragin' Grannnies to sing while we collate the auction results and Jeff is signing books
  15. d) book order. If we expect 100 people, how many books shall we order?
  16. e) enter data - FMP or Excel? Or both!
  17. f) Where to store the items?
  18. g) DEADLINE October 3 to get published in the auction catalog
  19. h) "Cataloging Day" - schedule a day to decide about all the items and assign each one a number
  20. i) printing the auction catalog, bid sheets, guest register, gift certificates, description cards
  21. j) thank you notes writing party for donated items after the event
  22. And more
