- b) Get a local famous name band with draw to play the opening act
- c) Get the Ragin' Grannnies to sing while we collate the auction results and Jeff is signing books
- d) book order. If we expect 100 people, how many books shall we order?
- e) enter data - FMP or Excel? Or both!
- f) Where to store the items?
- g) DEADLINE October 3 to get published in the auction catalog
- h) "Cataloging Day" - schedule a day to decide about all the items and assign each one a number
- i) printing the auction catalog, bid sheets, guest register, gift certificates, description cards
- j) thank you notes writing party for donated items after the event
